چکیده
Goal. To select the best perennial grasses for lucerne-cereal mixtures on different agricultural backgrounds to increase their productive longevity produce high-quality grass fodder. Methods. Field, laboratory, mathematical and statistical, computational comparative. Results. The results are given of research (2019–2021) in formation forage productivity lucerne, with various cereal components agro phytocoenoses fertilizers liming dark gray podzolic soils. phytocoenoses, change under influence liming, distribution yield hay crops features at a crop biomass 1st slope established. Conclusions. inclusion lucerne legume-cereal mixture, as well its single-use purposes, compared cereals herbage background without mineral nitrogen average first three years life use increased sown from 3.24–3.31 7,92–10.34 t/ha dry weight, 2.37–2.58 6.91–9.99 fodder units, or 1.4–3.8 times. most were formed based single-species sowing late-ripening meadow timothy (Phleum pratense) intermediate wheatgrass (Thinopyrum intermedium), medium-ripe awnless brome (Bromopsis inermis) eastern fescue (Festuca orientalis), where share legume component (1%) was largest. introduction 1.5 lime into pre-sowing cultivation P45K90 annually by 5–9%, combined — 12–14%. slopes fertilizer characterized 45–50%, 2nd 29–31%, 3rd 20–25%, unevenness 23–28%. At crop, grasslands occurred before flowering phase dominant components, largest daily increases weight (66–96 kg/ha), net photosynthesis (2.58–3.52 g/m2 per day) achieved during branching-budding lucerne.

Detection Methods for Mycotoxins in Cereal Grains and Cereal Products
Analytical methods for mycotoxins in cereals and cereal-based products require three major steps, including extraction, clean-up (to eliminate interferences from the extract and concentrate the analyte), and detection/determination of the toxin (by using suitable analytical instruments/technologies). Clean-up is essential for the analysis of mycotoxins at trace levels, and involves the use of s...
متن کاملAspergillus ficuum phytase activity is inhibited by cereal grain components
In the current study, we report for the first time that grain components of barley, rice, wheat and maize can inhibit the activity of Aspergillus ficuum phytase. The phytase inhibition is dose dependent and varies significantly between cereal species, between cultivars of barley and cultivars of wheat and between Fusarium graminearum infected and non-infected wheat grains. The highest endpoint ...
متن کاملTrichothecenes in Cereal Grains
Trichothecenes are sesquiterpenoid mycotoxins associated with fusarium head blight (FHB) of cereals, with worldwide economic and health impacts. While various management strategies have been proposed to reduce the mycotoxin risk, breeding towards FHB-resistance appears to be the most effective means to manage the disease, and reduce trichothecene contamination of cereal-based food products. Thi...
